Teltone’s
TLS-5 Telephone Line Simulator
|
|

The TLS-5 Telephone Line Simulator offers the most convenient way to demonstrate or test telecom equipment where central office lines are not easily available. The TLS-5 functions as a virtual CO switch simulator, providing four simulated central office lines with two talk paths, plus an audio interface port, making the TLS-5 a versatile device for applications including:
-
Phone, fax, or modem demonstration at trade shows, customer sites, or retail stores. Two simultaneous, independent conversations can be set up over the four lines.
-
Playing prerecorded presentations over a line when the telephone handset is lifted (for example, at trade show or museum displays).
-
As a demonstrator or teaching aid, such as teaching children to use 9-1-1.
-
Phone testing or key system installation tester.
-
Caller ID equipment test or demonstration.
-
Cisco certification training and testing.
TLS-5 Models
The TLS-5 Telephone Line Simulator is available in two versions:
-
TLS-5C - basic model with 4 loop start lines, 2 talk paths, PBX features, programmable parameters, precise call progress tones, caller ID features, CLASS features, and programmable dial tones.
-
TLS-5D - same as 5C, but operates on international 230 VAC power

Teltone’s TLS-3B Phone
Line Simulator
|
|

Teltone's TLS-3B Phone Line
Simulator makes it easy to test or demonstrate equipment that connects to the North American telephone network (POTS), without requiring a live central office connection. Everything you need is in a compact, portable, AC-powered unit.
Accurate, Programmable Central Office Simulator
Like a miniature central office or PBX, the TLS-3B provides accurate dial tone, audible ring, and busy signals to the telephones or other devices connected to it. Many functions of the TLS-3B are easily programmed with a touchtone phone, including phone numbers, off-hook modes, signal delays, test tone frequencies, and line attenuation. The TLS-3B also provides Caller Identification information to both lines, and provides a Visual Message Waiting indicator.
The Solution for Telecom Testing and Demonstration
The TLS-3B makes it easy to perform basic testing or demonstration of telecommunications equipment such as telephones, modems, faxes, caller ID equipment, key systems and PBX installations. Its small size and light weight make the the unit ideal for trade shows and sales presentations.
If you are looking for more features like PBX operations and additional phone lines,
see the information on the TLS-5.
