The PSTN21 telephone tester is a complete voice conformance tester for wired telephone handsets, cordless telephones and equipment requiring speech quality testing.  Commercial test laboratories, manufacturers' in-house certification laboratories, Product Design, Research & Development, as well as Production and Quality Assurance Departments are excellent environments for the automated PSTN21 Telephone Tester.

Using telephone test methods compliant with international standards including ITU-T P64 and ITU-T P79, fast and accurate automatic full compliance testing can be carried out using the PSTN21 telephone tester.  

Additionally, flexible high quality pre-compliance testing, suitable for acoustic product design, research & development and/or verification testing can be performed on the PSTN21 telephone tester.

The PSTN21 Telephone Tester is available as:

• Hardware/software option to include artificial head, transducers & test software; or

• Software only option for customers wishing to use existing artificial heads/transducers (Bruel & Kjaer, Graas, etc).
